QR cards and printable poster
Turn any programme into a QR code that guests can scan to open it instantly. Print it on a card, a poster, or the back of an order of service. The code is generated on your own device, so nothing you type here is sent anywhere.
Make a code
Paste the link you share with guests. If you only have the slug, type it and we will build the link for you.
Ready.

How to use it
Paste your programme link, choose an error-correction level, and generate. Medium is the right choice for a screen or a clean printed card, while High is worth choosing for a poster that will be handled, folded or displayed in bright light, because it lets the code survive a scratch or a smudge. Download the PNG for a card or the SVG for a poster that must stay sharp at any size. The print button lays the card out on an A4 page with the caption you chose, ready for any printer.
Where to put it
Put the code on the back of the order of service, on a table card at the entrance, on the notice board at the gate, and in the WhatsApp message you send to guests. A code on a poster at the venue is the quickest way to help someone who did not receive the link. Leave a clear white margin around the code and print it at least three centimetres square so that older phones can read it easily.
Tips for a code that always scans
Keep good contrast: a dark code on a light background scans best, so avoid printing a dark code on a dark card. Do not stretch the code out of shape, and do not place it on a busy photograph. Test the printed code with your own phone before you print hundreds of copies, and keep a short link underneath in plain text for anyone whose camera will not cooperate.
Privacy
Everything on this page runs inside your browser. The link you type is never sent to Ikhaya or anyone else, and no code you generate here is stored. That is why the page works even when you are offline.
